FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Brief answers about how an initial consultation and project engagement work.
How does the free 15-minute consultation work?
Use the contact form to describe the main problem or unfinished project. The introductory call is used to clarify scope, determine whether I am a good fit, and identify the next practical step. It is not a full strategy session or a commitment to purchase.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
The current focus is small e-commerce and service businesses that need Shopify, WordPress, catalog, fulfillment, inventory, documentation, or workflow support.
Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?
Both may be available. Small cleanup work can be scoped as a defined project. Recurring maintenance is considered when the tasks and expected hours are clear.
What happens after the consultation?
If the work is a fit, you receive a written scope describing deliverables, assumptions, price or hourly rate, timing, access requirements, and payment terms before work begins.
Will you need access to my accounts?
Only when required for the agreed work. Use platform collaborator permissions or limited-access accounts whenever possible. Do not send passwords through the website contact form.
Can you guarantee sales or revenue results?
No. I can improve execution, organization, content, and workflows, but business results depend on many factors outside my control.
Still unsure?
Send a brief description of the problem and I will tell you whether it fits the current service scope.
