Scope
- Managed and maintained a Shopify catalog of roughly 400 SKUs.
- Supported listings across Shopify, Etsy, and eBay.
- Worked with ShipStation and order-fulfillment processes.
- Handled product organization, inventory visibility, customer communication, and vendor coordination.
My role
I was responsible for maintaining the information and workflows that connected products, inventory, orders, customers, and fulfillment. The work required accuracy across multiple systems and practical judgment when records did not match.
Approach
- Keep product data structured and consistent.
- Use repeatable checks before orders move forward.
- Track inventory differences rather than relying on memory.
- Document recurring problems so the process can improve.
